The New Faculty Network mentoring program is designed to support new faculty members’ professional growth while fostering a community of belonging across the university. This innovative program will familiarize new faculty with university expectations, practices, and resources.  The New Faculty Network complements existing departmental or college/campus mentoring programs by offering additional support and resources to new full-time tenure-line and non-tenure-line faculty at all locations. By leveraging the power of cross-disciplinary collaboration and the expertise of mentors from the Penn State Emerging Academic Leaders program (PSEAL), this program aims to provide a comprehensive mentorship experience.
