The Center for Faculty Development and Advancement (CFDA) within the Penn State Office of Faculty Affairs empowers faculty and academic administrators to excel at every stage of their careers through innovative programs, tailored resources, and meaningful support. Committed to fostering welcoming and collaborative academic communities, the CFDA bridges campuses and disciplines, promoting excellence in teaching, advancing research capabilities, and cultivating transformative leadership. By advancing professional growth and celebrating the achievements of Penn State’s academic professionals, the CFDA directly enhances their ability to drive innovation, excellence, and impact within the university and broader society.

To submit your professional development offering, please click the link below. Be prepared with the following information:
- Program or event name
- Brief description
- Link to the information or registration page
- Location or delivery format (in-person, Zoom, hybrid, etc.)
- Intended audience (e.g., all faculty, early-career faculty, department heads, academic administrators)
Submissions received by Thursday at 12:00 p.m. will appear on the public calendar by the following Monday.
