Overview
The SPARK Program is a monthly gathering designed to support those in academic program leadership roles at Penn State. Through informal, hot-topic discussions, SPARK offers space for community, consultation, and growth.
Launching as a pilot in Fall 2025, the program is intended to build knowledge-sharing networks among faculty and staff who lead and support academic programs.
