Career progressions can take a variety of paths, and many people change careers at least once. As part of developing your career progression, it’s beneficial to build on the experiences you have and to be able to apply those experiences in different contexts. My career started in the corporate sector and after ten years, I moved into education where I have spent most of my career. As I’ve progressed through my career, I’ve used every experience to help me navigate to the next position and to determine the direction I wanted to go. In this session, I’ll share my progression and how I used my experiences to support the direction I took and how I arrived at my current position.
