Put It Into Practice is a three-touchpoint faculty development experience focused on how teaching unfolds in real time, not just how it is planned on paper. Rather than redesigning an entire course, the program centers on a single, manageable class session from the first two weeks of the Fall semester. Faculty workshop that session with peers in a supportive environment, implement it in their own classroom, and return to reflect on what happened.

The Three-Touchpoint Arc:

1. Pre-semester workshop

2. Classroom implementation

3. Follow-up session to reflect on how it went
