In this session of the Talking about Teaching series, faculty panelists will share experiences and projects that highlight the power and complexity of implementing high-impact practices in higher education. Drawing from their work with approaches such as undergraduate research, community-engaged learning, first-year seminars, and collaborative projects, panelists will surface both the promise and the practical challenges of designing meaningful, transformative learning experiences.
   
Together, we will identify concrete strategies for integrating high-impact practices in ways that deepen student engagement, foster belonging, and promote sustained learning in rigorous academic settings. Participants will leave with actionable ideas for adapting these practices across disciplines and course contexts.
